Pickup Policy

Pickup is offered only at a store and time presented as eligible during checkout. Inventory, store assignment, and the pickup estimate or scheduled window are revalidated before payment. An estimate is not a guarantee that an order is ready.

Wait for a Ready for pickup confirmation before traveling to the store. Bring the order number and information reasonably needed to verify the purchaser or authorized recipient. Contact the selected store promptly to request a change or cancellation. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after preparation, personalization, transfer, or reservation begins.

Store hours may change and holiday hours may differ. If Modern State cannot provide the paid merchandise, we will notify you and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Returns after pickup are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
