Local Delivery Policy

Local delivery is offered only when checkout confirms that the verified address, merchandise, store, route, date, capacity, and delivery window are eligible. The fee and available window shown during checkout apply only to that order and are revalidated before payment.

Provide an accurate address, recipient name, reachable phone number, apartment or access details, and safe delivery instructions. Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Building access, recipient availability, weather, traffic, unsafe conditions, incorrect information, and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

Contact us promptly to request an address, window, recipient, or cancellation change. A change is not guaranteed after capacity is reserved, preparation begins, or the order is dispatched, and a material change may require a new quote. If Modern State cannot provide the paid merchandise or delivery service, we will notify you and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Merchandise returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
